It is a very secure and comfy neighborhood , surrounded with family parks ( 2 minutes walking distance ) within a residential area.

Apartment Access:

Inside the Apartment, you will have 2 things:

1. A card (white) that you can use to enter and exit the building without having to call security.

2. A parking access sticker (if applicable). This can also be used to enter and exit the building garage gate.

Be sure to put them back in place so the next guest can use them as well.

In case of loss or misplacement, a charge of $35 will be made for each item.

Guests Interaction

I like to have all my guests very well informed since they book until they left the place. So once you book this place, information will be at your hands before and after your arrival. Please register your visitors beforehand in the reservation. It is prohibited to have visitors not previously registered by the host and there is a fine of $300 for non-compliance.
