We will send you the access code prior your arrival.
There will be a digital lock on the main door. You just place the palm of you hand and it will show you the numbers. Please type in the Access Code and then the Check mark () to open the door. Door will automatically open for you.
Once you are inside, please close it manually. Otherwise the door will remain open. You have to push it and be sure to hear it locks.
If you leave the place, once you close the door, you also need to place the palm of your hand onto the digital lock to close it from the outside. That will keep the place secured.
1. Anyone wishing to use the firepit will do so at their own risk and/or responsibility.
2. It requires Adult supervision at all times. Keep children away from the fire pit while it is in use.
3. Do not use in windy conditions.
4. Do not leave fire unattended at any time. When you are not around or using it, Please turn it off!
5. Never use dangerous flammable liquids such as gasoline, alcohol, diesel fuel or kerosene to light or relight fires. This works with LP Gas and we recommend using the automated fire starter button to get the initial burn going
6. Do not attempt to move the fire pit once the fire is started.
7. Do not place the FP lid on Grass. You can place it next to the grill or in a place with no human traffic.
8. Cooking with the FP is not allowed. This include Marshmallows or any other melting product that can harm or damage the FP or FP parts.
9. If the gas in the tank runs out, you could request another one and the cost of a new tank will be $15.00.
